- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup diced cucumbers

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine sweet chili sauce and soy sauce; pour half over chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet; cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Slice the Chicken: Let chicken rest and then slice into thin strips.
- Warm the Tortillas: Briefly warm tortillas until pliable.
- Assemble the Wraps: Place lettuce, chicken, carrots, cucumbers, and cilantro on each tortilla, drizzle with remaining sauce.
- Roll the Wraps: Fold sides of tortillas inward and roll from the bottom.
- Serve: Cut in half diagonally and serve with lime wedges.
