Instructions
- Season the Chicken: In a large bowl, season the chicken breasts with olive oil and spices.
- Brown the Chicken: Preheat a large skillet and brown the seasoned chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Layer in the Slow Cooker: Place the browned chicken in the slow cooker and add bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
- Add Tomatoes and Broth: Pour in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth.
- Cook to Perfection: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Shred the Chicken: Remove cooked chicken and shred, then return to the pot.
- Stir in the Cream and Cheese: Add heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until melted.
- Cook the Pasta: Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and mix with the sauce.
- Heat Together: Allow everything to heat on low for another 15-20 minutes.
