- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the sliced sausage and brown it over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
